Tia is a compassionate and dedicated NICU nurse committed to providing safe, patient-centered care. With experience in acute care nursing, she values building meaningful relationships with patients and their families while delivering care that is both evidence-based and individualized to each patient’s needs. Tiamoni is passionate about supporting patients through their healthcare journeys and takes pride in creating a comfortable, respectful, and trusting environment. She believes effective nursing involves not only clinical knowledge and skill, but also empathy, communication, and advocacy. In addition to her clinical practice, Tiamoni is pursuing her Master of Science in Nursing with a focus in Nursing Education. Her continued education reflects her commitment to professional growth and to advancing the nursing profession. She looks forward to using her experience and passion for nursing to make a positive impact on the patients and families she serves.
