Shanelle Alcide

Shanelle is a dedicated NICU nurse with over 11 years of experience caring for critically ill and premature infants, both nationally and internationally. Her work in the NICU is deeply personal. She was born premature herself, which gave her a unique perspective and a profound sense of purpose in the care she provides.
