Krista Williams

Krista Williams is an Atlanta, Georgia native who is currently a dedicated Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse. She has 6 years of nursing experience in a Level III NICU. Krista was born as one of a set of 25 week triplets and today she has the privilege of providing compassionate care to premature and critically ill infants. This is a full circle moment for Krista, that makes her work deep and meaningful and reminds her and others of the daily resilience and hope that neonatal care can provide. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a strong commitment to patient safety and family centered care while working collaboratively with other healthcare teams. Known for her calm demeanor, critical thinking skills, and ability to perform effectively and efficiently in high acuity environments, Krista is passionate about advocating for her patients and supporting families during some of their most challenging times. She values building trusting relationships with parents and families to deliver quality and empathetic care. As she continues her nursing journey, Krista seeks more opportunities to make a meaningful impact on the lives of as many patients and families as possible. She cannot wait to meet and take care of your little one!
