From a young age, Joi always knew she wanted to pursue a career helping women and children. Immediately after high school, she went to work in the hospital and has been in the healthcare field for 10 years. In 2017, she graduated with her nursing degree from Albany State University and has exclusively dedicated her nursing career to helping women and children. She has worked in the hospital on a postpartum unit and also in pediatric home healthcare. Joi considers it an honor and a privilege to be able to work with families during such a vulnerable and exciting time. Her career in postpartum work and pediatric care is her true passion. Joi enjoys spending her spare time with her fur baby Mocha, and is currently back in school to start her journey of becoming a women’s healthcare nurse practitioner. She can’t wait to help you and your family with your precious little one!
