Zoey Osteen

Zoey is a registered level 4 acuity NICU RN in Jacksonville which is also the city where she grew up. She received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Jacksonville University. When she first started nursing school, she knew she had a desire to pursue a career in a pediatric critical care setting. She was so passionate about this specialty that she completed all of her high school volunteer hours in the NICU and also became a CNA in the NICU during nursing school! By the time she graduated, she knew exactly where she belonged. A few of her skills include managing critical airways, feeding tube and G tube management, administration of critical medications, performing head to toe newborn assessments, and providing correct developmental based care to her patient population. As she has advanced in her skills, she has found a desire to help families as they adjust to their new roles as parents! Zoey has seen firsthand how hard it can be to adjust to a new little one in the home, and she enjoys supporting families in any way that she can. A fun fact about Zoey is that she can play 3 instruments! She's looking forward to meeting your family and helping you in this special time!
