Monae

Monae is a compassionate and dedicated RN with a strong background in newborn and infant care. Her journey began as a mother-baby nursing assistant and then spent the last three years working in the NICU. There she developed a deep passion for supporting families and their little ones during their most delicate moments. Known for her gentle approach and attention to detail, Monae brings both clinical skill and heartfelt care to every family she serves. Her transition into a registered nursing role is rooted in a strong foundation of hands-on experience and a deep commitment to patient-centered care. Outside of her nursing career, Monae enjoys cycling and spending time with loved ones. She values connection, growth, and creating a calm, supportive environment for babies and their families. Families can feel confident knowing their newborn is in the caring and capable hands of someone who truly loves what she does.
