Autumn Tipps
RN, BSN
Autumn has been a Registered Nurse for 8 years, with the last 4 years specializing in neonatal intensive care. She graduated from Abilene Christian University in 2018 and began her nursing career as a pediatric nurse before transitioning to the NICU, where she discovered her passion for caring for newborns and high-risk infants. Most recently, she worked in a Level IV NICU in California, providing specialized care to critically ill and premature babies. Autumn is known for her compassionate, family-centered approach and believes in partnering with parents to provide individualized care that supports both infants and their families. She is dedicated to creating a nurturing environment where families feel informed, supported, and confident in their newborn’s care. In addition to her clinical experience, Autumn is currently pursuing her degree as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to further expand her expertise in neonatal care. In her free time, she enjoys staying active, going to the beach, and spending quality time with her family, friends, and two dogs. She looks forward to supporting families during this special season and providing loving, attentive care for their little ones.
