Ashton Johnson
BSN, RN, RNC-NIC
Ashton has been a registered nurse for over three years. She graduated from Florida State University (GO NOLES!) with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and immediately began her career in a Level IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. Throughout her years in college, she worked as a Nurse Extern in the mother-baby unit and interned in the labor and delivery unit. She knew right away where her passion was, and she never looked back! Since moving to Jacksonville and beginning her NICU career, she has continued to carry on that passion for loving on parents and their smallest miracles. Ashton is known for her attention to detail, caring and nurturing personality, and ability to act fast in critical situations. She recently received her certification in neonatal intensive care nursing (RNC-NIC) so she could build more knowledge on her area of expertise. Ashton has cared for all sorts of infants including micro-preemies, infants needing major surgeries, term newborns, feeder-grower infants, and infants requiring critical medical interventions. Ashton finds true fulfillment in caring for the children in her community, and she looks forward to meeting you!
