Ashlee Escobar-Hernandez

Ashlee is a registered nurse with experience working in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. After graduating from Jacksonville University, she began her career working in a Level IV NICU unit. Before becoming a nurse, Ashlee worked as a nursing assistant for 6 years. Ashlee is known for her attention to detail, calm decision-making in high-stress situations, and advocating for the best outcomes for both infants and their families. Ashlee has experience with a wide variety of different infants, including feeder-grower infants, micro-preemies, infants requiring critical care, and term newborns. Ashlee looks forward to providing and caring for families during their time of need.
