
Madison Rutledge
RN, BSN
Madison is a pediatric critical care nurse born and raised in Birmingham, Alabama. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of South Alabama in Mobile and began her nursing career at Children’s of Alabama in 2019. Madison spent two years working as a travel nurse, gaining experience in diverse clinical settings before relocating to Philadelphia. She then worked for two and a half years in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, where she provided care for critically ill children in a high-acuity environment. Madison has since returned to Children’s of Alabama and currently works in the PICU, continuing her passion for compassionate, attentive care. She has a special love of caring for babies and takes pride in providing calm, reassuring support during overnight hours. Madison is excited to be part of the Nurse & Nurture team.
