In rare instances, severe weather may prevent our Nurses from being able to safely travel to client locations. In those instances, Nurse and Nurture will attempt to reach you as soon as it becomes clear that weather conditions will prevent our nurses from providing services. You will not be charged for those instances in which severe weather precludes service. We appreciate your understanding in providing a safe environment for our nurses.​​

Payment Policy

We accept American Express, Discover, Visa and MasterCard. We do not accept personal checks. Our billing cycle runs from Saturday to Friday. We do the billing once a week at the end of the billing cycle. You will receive an itemized invoice each week detailing all charges billed to your credit card. The one-time placement / registration fee will be processed with the first billing cycle.

*Weekend and Holiday Hours Policy

There is a $5/hour additional charge for weekends (Friday and Saturday nights) and all government recognized holidays. 

*Cancellation Policy

The placement/registration fee is non-refundable. In addition, if client cancels Nurse & Nurture services within 24 hours of scheduled date, Nurse & Nurture reserves the right to charge client a $50 cancellation fee.
